We regret to announce that, due to an unforeseen medical complication that afflicted one of the members of the Hi-5 cast, namely Mr. Tim Maddren, and which will require him to undergo immediate surgery on November 23, 2009 and subsequently a short rehabilitation, we are constrained to postpone the Hi-5 Surprise Show scheduled on 25 to 30 November 2009 at the Megatent to next year. We shall advise the public soonest on the rescheduled dates.

Please be advised also that the scheduled Meet & Greet Activities at the SM Megamall on 21 November 2009 and at the SM Mall of Asia on 22 November 2009 are cancelled.

In view of this fortuitous event, we wish to advise the public, particularly our ticket holders, that the tickets they purchased for this event shall nonetheless still be honored on the rescheduled dates. For this purpose, kindly await further announcements on how to go about revalidating your tickets. You may also visit www.hi-5.com.au or call Ticketnet at 911-5555 for more details.
Should you be unavailable to attend the event on the rescheduled dates next year, we may process your requests for refunds assuming that your existing tickets are not otherwise disqualified for a refund. A proportionate refund (in an amount equivalent to the face value of the ticket less the amount of the Crocs™ item redeemed) may also be granted to those ticket holders who have already redeemed their free one (1) pair of Crocs™. Any request for refunds should be submitted to TICKETNET Office at Araneta Center (Main Branch) or our Partner Ticket Sellers where you purchased you tickets.
